    “A Spiritual Introduction to Spiral Dynamics”

    Mark will be providing an overview to the cutting edge theory of Spiral Dynamics.  SD gives us an understanding of how our consciousness and world views have evolved from the beginnings of humanity as well as a way of looking at where people are currently on the planet.  It allows us to better understand why it seems that people don’t look at life the same way.  However, we are also going to put on a “spiritual lens” for this overview!  We will specifically look at how humanity’s definition of God has evolved as our world views have evolved and we will look at the interesting correlation between the descriptions of the higher “tier 2″ levels of consciousness in Spiral Dynamics and where mystics have indicated we are ultimately evolving!  This presentation is being presented as the monthly presentation of the Denver chapter of the Institute of Noetic Sciences.  Open to the public.  Free.

    “Inner Compass, Outer Map – Finding Our Way Home”

    It often seems like we live in two worlds simultaneously.  One world involves our thoughts, our feelings, our consciousness, our sense of spirituality–in other words, our “inner world”.  The other world is all of the “stuff” that is “out there” in the physical world—our jobs, out time commitments, our bodies, our finances–in other words, our “outer world”.   One world calls us to “be”, the other calls us to “do”.   How can we bring these worlds together and understanding how they both serve us on this journey called Life?  This very practical  talk and multimedia presentation will give you specific tools on developing a plan on how these two aspects of your reality can be integrated for your spiritual growth.  At the same time, you will get an overview of the work of philosopher Ken Wilber and how his teachings intersect with the metaphysics of the Science of Mind.  This presentation is based on Mark’s article in the September 2010 issue of “Science of Mind” magazine entitled “Integral Theory – A Bridge to Oneness”.  Open to the public.  Love Offering.
